Hybrid Software Development Model Outcomes for In-House IT Team in the Manufacturing Industry

Abstract

This paper will help the IT team in the Manufacturing Industry to learn about the outcomes of the newly developed hyrid software development model. The hybrid model is depended on IT team requirements, problems, their working practice, their previous working strategies, and the client's expectation in the manufacturing company. Using a new model, they adopt appropriate features from Traditional and Agile methodologies and IT team achieves objectives like on-time delivery with quality improvement, more accuracy, reduce maintenance cycle, the involvement of clients, reduce the development time, improve the defect removal efficiency. This paper provides a guideline about previous results for the IT team in a manufacturing company and results after hybrid model.
