A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN CLASSIFICATION AND CLUSTERING TECHNIQUES IN DATA MINING FOR BREAST CANCER DATASET USING R TOOL

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common invasive cancer in women, and the second main cause of cancer death in women. Even though the fact that cancer is preventable and curable in primary stages. The vast numbers of patients are diagnosed with cancer very late. Established methods of detecting and diagnosing cancer mainly depend on skilled physicians, with the help of medical imaging, to detect certain symptoms that usually appear in the later stages of breast cancer. Awareness of the symptoms and the need for screening are important ways of reducing the risk. This paper focus on the comparison study between classification and clustering data mining technique to analyze and visualize the disease in the beginning stage to prevent the death .Using R tool the analysis of algorithms is performing.
