BRUSHLESS DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR (BLDC) FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES

Abstract

Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDC) is a very popular motor driver used in a variety of applications. Now a day, in all applications, BLDC motors are being used instead of DC motors, because these motors are very accurate and produce less noise as compared to DC motors. BLDC motor consists of a stator and a rotor same as in a DC motor. In the BLDC motor, windings are on the stator and the rotor is a permanent magnet, i.e. rotor is a block and doesn’t contain any windings.
