This paper will help the IT team in the Manufacturing Industry to learn about the outcomes of the newly developed hyrid software development model. The hybrid model is depended on IT team requirements, problems, their working practice, their previous working strategies, and the client's expectation in the manufacturing company. Using a new model, they adopt appropriate features from Traditional and Agile methodologies and IT team achieves objectives like on-time delivery with quality improvement, more accuracy, reduce maintenance cycle, the involvement of clients, reduce the development time, improve the defect removal efficiency. This paper provides a guideline about previous results for the IT team in a manufacturing company and results after hybrid model.

The most common approach for collecting tolls was to have the driver stop andpay a toll collector sitting in a tollbooth.A manual lane can process approximately 100 vehicles per hour.So there is multiple lanes on toll booth.Theseincrease the labour cost, fuel consumption, required time, financial loss. Nowadays, traveling in roadways from one place to an-other place via toll plazas which are maintained by the central government. Vehicles need to wait in the queue for a long period and pay fortheir traveling.This problem can be solved by using an online payment of toll for toll plazas. The paper was an exploration of the influence of social media on journalism practice with specific focus on how the emergence of social media platforms is redefining the way journalism is practiced across the globe. Secondary data were used to establish the arguments of the researchers on the subject of discussion. This involved a critical review of relevant works published inscholarly journals, books, proceedings of conferences, etc.With particular references to reports in the UK, US, Russia, France, Denmark, China, South-Africa, Nigeria and other parts of the world, the researchers argue that social media platforms have significantly changed the way journalism is practiced to the extent that conventional media institutions are creating various social media pages and accounts to reachout to the audience. Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are now massively used to break news, gather and transmit news as well as receive feedback fromthe audience and respond where necessary.

The technologies are growing at an enormous rate these days. The communication amongst people is heavily influenced by OSNs i.e, the Online Social Networks. With the introduction of smartphones in almost everyone’s hands, thoughts of political, professional and personal influence are shared online immensely on each and every day. People make new friends, keep in touch with the old ones, relatives, neighbors and post almost everything on social networks online, that they do in their daily lives to keep them updated. But due to this increase in online networking, they sometimes find themselves in trouble due to faking of their social media profile which gives rise to many problems. And this online profile impersonation is increasing heavily on different social media platforms in present day scenario. Thus, Online Social Networks have sounded attractive for cyber criminals, who always try to exploit their vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Fake accounts have generally become basic threat which is used in different online cyber attacks. By using fake profiles, attackers can influence and radicalize the crowd present online, set false political agenda on trending issues, spread spams, bully someone intentionally, etc. These posts by fake users lead to genuine users left with more irrelevant knowledge and unnecessary content while surfing. Various research have found that almost approx 30% profiles in OSNs like twitter, Facebook, are false ones. Therefore, the Identification of Fake Profiles in OSNs (Online Social Networks) leads to remedy with the use of frameworks.
