BUDDHA HAIR RELIC PAGODAS AND SPECIAL BALANCING ARCHITECTURE ON THE ROCK: SPECIFIC CHALLENGING BUILDING SEEN IN MYANMAR

Abstract

The building requires a good architecture design. An important consideration is on its strength and balancing. Without balancing, any structure cannot last for a long time and collapse can easily occur. Nevertheless, some buildings have special unbelievable structure without balancing but last for a long time. Apart from the famous case of leaning towers observed in several cities in Italy, the cases of Buddha hair relic pagodas in Myanmar should be mentioned.
