Using microscopy image processing software, you can perform image processing steps on microscopic images, such as improving the quality of images, segmenting them, or extracting characteristics from them. For image processing steps to be carried out on microscopic images, image processing software must be employed. The use of image-based detection does not necessitate the purchase of expensive laboratory equipment, in addition to being a quick and affordable method of detecting pathogens.
